Since its creation in 2015, Cœur de Nacre Tourisme has been committed to providing a warm welcome and high-quality services to its customers. Welcoming, informing, advising and supporting visitors… These tasks lie at the heart of what we do. To guarantee the quality of our services and meet our visitors’ expectations, we have been committed to a process of continuous improvement for many years.
In 2026, Cœur de Nacre Tourisme reached a new milestone by successfully passing its ‘Destination d’Excellence’ audit, the new national standard that succeeds the Qualité Tourisme™ scheme.
This achievement recognises the work carried out by the tourist office team and all the initiatives undertaken to provide a high-quality welcome that is accessible to all and more environmentally friendly.
What is ‘Destination of Excellence’?
‘Destination d’Excellence’ is a government-backed scheme that recognises tourism professionals committed to continuous improvement.
In addition to the quality of the welcome and the information provided to visitors, this standard now incorporates criteria relating to sustainable development, accessibility and social responsibility.
The aim is simple: to offer a high-quality experience whilst taking into account the environmental and social challenges of today and tomorrow.

Our tourist office and its Category 1 classification
Cœur de Nacre Tourisme has been awarded a Category 1 classification for a period of 5 years, renewable after examination of the application by the Prefecture.
This classification is a sign of national recognition that guarantees the coherence and consistency of the services offered by the Tourist Office.
