Fanny, a fisherman's daughter, and Charles, whose father worked in the Camembert region, are a young couple with a passion for the land, who have been working at the Asnelles-Meuvaines oyster farm since 2010. Through hard work, they won the gold medal at the 2019 Salon de l'Agriculture with their "special n°3". A fleshy oyster, whose spat grow in bags on tables, to be sold at 18 months to other medal-winning oyster farmers. The rest of the production, an exceptional product, can only be found on the markets or sold directly from the company, as a result of the short circuit.
