Our Cœur de Nacre Tourisme store: A sustainable and committed showcase for the region
The Intercommunal Tourist Office has set up a shop in each of its Tourist Information Offices, designed to serve as a true ambassador for the region.
Our retail space does more than just sell souvenirs: it promotes local identity and is part of a strong Corporate Social Responsibility approach.
The selected products resonate with the historical, natural, and gastronomic pillars of our destination.
- Key themes: World War II, D-Day, Nature, Children, and Heritage.
- Agility: Our offering evolves in line with market trends and feedback (verbal and written) from our visitors, ensuring an accurate and relevant selection.
- Signature Range: We specifically develop items that highlight local expertise and the unique identity of our region.
The choice of our partners is at the heart of our environmental and social commitment. The store manager systematically favors short supply chains:
- Geographic priority: Priority search for suppliers in Normandy, then France.
- Selection based on values: For products sourced outside the region, selection is based on strict ethical and environmental criteria.
- Contractual commitment: As part of our CSR policy, each partner must adhere to our Supplier Charter, guaranteeing complete transparency regarding manufacturing methods.
The shop area is designed to be attractive, educational, and inclusive, with an emphasis on “Made locally”: Each locally crafted product comes with a descriptive label.
This medium tells the story of the producer and the secrets of production, creating an emotional connection between the visitor and the object.
Products are displayed according to seasonality and new arrivals, in a clearly identified area right at the entrance.
In line with our commitments, the layout of the furniture has been designed by a trained manager to ensure optimal ease of movement for people with disabilities.
Our tourist offices in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, Courseulles-sur-Mer and Luc-sur-Mer welcome you all year round.

The Taste of Normandy in a Zero Waste Version
Based in Hermanville-sur-Mer, Nathalie Marion is no novice in the kitchen. Coming from a long line of butchers and caterers, she has made gastronomy her life’s work.
Today, she is putting all her catering expertise into a meaningful project: Les Gourmandises de Nathalie.
A true invitation to a culinary journey through the heart of the region, each pouch is an experience to be enjoyed and shared.
🌱 100% Local & Responsible: Nathalie works hand in hand with producers in our region.
🎬 Technology at the service of taste: Each pouch contains a traditional “grandmother’s” recipe. The secret? A QR code (printed by us!) gives you access to an instructional video.

Les Merveilles de Vstef, when passion becomes work…
Stéphanie, who has been passionate about crochet for ten years, decided to make it her profession in 2021.
This is the birth of Les Merveilles de Vstef – patience, rigor and precision are the key words.
Stéphanie has no shortage of creativity when it comes to evoking Normandy and its history.
In our boutiques, we offer one of his flagship creations: the poppy brooch, a symbol of remembrance.
This is a tribute to the Canadian, British and American soldiers who liberated Normandy on June 6, 1944.
All our products are 100% cotton, 100% oeko-tex cotton (which means that the cotton contains no chemical substances or substances harmful to health), or 100% GOTS-certified cotton (a label certifying dignified working conditions, respect for the environment and no substances harmful to health).

Joya’s soaps
Maria and Antonio, sister and brother, were behind the creation of this artisanal, family-run soap factory.
Their approach is to return to a more respectful attitude towards the environment and our bodies.
Our products are manufactured, molded, cut and packed by hand in Hérouville-Saint-Clair.

The press has been restored and local residents can bring their apples to be pressed.

At the foot of the Bonvouloir Tower, Alexandra has turned her passion for plants into a true art of living.
On her farm, A Mare Flora, she grows organic aromatic and medicinal plants, which she nurtures with patience and respect.

In his studio, the connection with nature continues.
Drying, sorting, maceration: Alexandra continues the simple and precise techniques of traditional herbalism.

Les Trésors de Lizon
“Words that leave a mark, spoons that tell a story. Lizon’s Treasures: the art of gift-giving with a difference.”
Virginie, creator of Trésors de Lizon, loves to breathe new life into old objects.
In her workshop in Normandy, she hunts for and restores silver and metal spoons, which she transforms into unique gifts.
Each piece bears the mark of time and, in his hands, becomes a medium for a personal message engraved letter by letter.
The idea came from an intimate moment: announcing her pregnancy with a spoon engraved with “You’re going to be a dad.”
Since then, Virginie has continued this simple and poetic gesture, combining authenticity and emotion. Her creations are available ready to give as gifts, beautifully packaged and accompanied by a certificate.
With Les Trésors de Lizon, giving a spoon as a gift becomes a tender and timeless memory that will last a lifetime.
