Every year, the D-Day Festival Normandy offers a programme of festive events to mark the anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy on 6 June 1944.

For ten days around 6 June, come and celebrate freedom regained on the D-Day Beaches.

The D-Day Festival Normandy is first and foremost a unifying event taking place throughout the D-Day coastal area, on Utah Beach, Omaha Beach, Gold Beach, Juno Beach and Sword Beach.

Events are also being organised in Caen and Bayeux.

Parachute drops, parades of military and civilian vehicles, bagpipe concerts, popular dances, historical re-enactments, fireworks displays, exhibitions, documentary screenings… the programme is packed with festive and family events.

See you in June 2026 !
