Join us for an evening of theatre at La Halle at 8pm, with the play D-Day "Je ne craine aucun mal car tu es avec moi" ("I fear no evil for you are with me").

New York, Omaha Beach, the Ardennes - these are the highlights of the itinerary of the protagonist of this story, an American soldier, the son of Norwegian immigrants, who came to fight the enemy on French soil during the Second World War.

In the midst of the turmoil, this young man meets a beautiful French woman; it's love at first sight. Three years after the war, in Brooklyn, he was still thinking about his Frenchy and decided to leave everything behind to find her... The story is true, and 25 years after his death, one of his granddaughters is trying to establish an inner dialogue with him, through a sort of daydream, in order to discover the story of his life.
