Meeting our needs! A cocooning and caring workshop, for a gentle start to the weekend.

Coluche said in one of his sketches: "If you need something, call me and I'll tell you how to do without it". Being as close as possible to your needs, expressing them to yourself and to others, so that they are heard and taken into consideration, is no easy task.

In this workshop, rather than unfulfilled resolutions, we'll name our needs at the start of the year and identify an action plan to meet them.

Ready to come and listen to you and get in touch with your needs. Come and take some time for yourself. A gift for yourself or for someone else!
