Description

The course is designed as a fun introduction, with the main objective being to discover the marine environment and awaken an interest in water sports, rather than purely technical learning.


The programme is flexible and adapts to the weather and the group:

Sailing: Introduction to the Optimist (steering/wind) and Catamaran (speed).

Balance: Giant Paddle session.

Awareness: Beachcombing to discover the local flora and fauna.

Understanding the wind: Kite workshop.

Conviviality: A snack or picnic is organised on Friday to round off the week.


Required equipment

Mandatory: Closed shoes (sailing shoes or old trainers), windbreaker, sunglasses with cord, and cap.


In your bag: A towel and a complete change of clothes (clothes + spare shoes).The course is designed as a fun introduction, with the main aim of discovering the marine environment and awakening the sensations of the water, rather than learning purely technical skills.
