After Mozart and his Requiem, the Accords nacrés association presents, for its second edition, Rossini and the Petite messe solennelle. This work will be performed by the Accords nacrés temporary choir, accompanied by the Erato symphony orchestra conducted by Gilles Treille and 4 young soloists: Anaïs Delahaye, soprano - Lauriane Paillet, mezzo-soprano, Arwen Tanguy, tenor and Marc-Eden Lemaire, bass-baritone.

When Rossini completed this work, he intended it to be intimate, with a very small instrumental ensemble. He later finalised an arrangement for orchestra, and it is this version that Gilles Treille has chosen today, with 43 musicians and a choir of 60 singers, the latter prepared by Méri Mouradian, choirmaster.

3 concerts are scheduled on the Côte de Nacre. On 23 July in Saint Aubin sur mer, on 24 July in Douvres la Délivrande and on 25 July in Luc sur mer.
