Starting in April 2026, the shipping company Les Vedettes Caennaises, a subsidiary of the Caen Normandy Chamber of Commerce and Industry, invites you to enjoy a unique tourist experience between the sea, the canal and the coast. With its renowned maritime expertise, our company's mission is to promote the culture and landscapes of our region.

Our experiences for the general public:

Sea trips (1½ to 2 hours): Departing from the outer harbour of Ouistreham, escape to the Côte de Nacre, the Côte Fleurie or the famous ruins of Arromanches.

Canal cruises: Discover local history as you float along the water with our guided tours between Caen, Colombelles and the legendary Pegasus Bridge.

Crossings of the Bay of Orne: A regular and authentic link between Ouistreham and Franceville. Tailor-made services:

Whether you are a group (school, senior citizens, works council) or wish to hire a boat privately for a professional or personal event (seminars, boat parties, sunset trips), we tailor our services to your requirements.

Our fleet:

Three comfortable and safe vessels await you: the Riva-Bella (75 to 85 passengers), the Calix (60 passengers) and the Courlis (12 passengers).
