Nestling in the historic district of "Vieux Courseulles", just in the shadow of the church, this 19th-century family home opens its doors to you. Our family's former holiday home, it has been fully restored to combine modern comforts with the charm of the past.

The house is arranged over three levels, offering generous living spaces:

Ground floor: The heart of the house. A large open-plan kitchen for sharing meals, and a cosy living room with a fireplace.

1st floor: A sleeping area comprising two master bedrooms (160x200 beds) and a single bedroom. A large bathroom (shower, bath and double washbasin) and separate toilet complete this level.

2nd floor: An under-roof suite with a double bed (160x200) and private shower room. The landing also accommodates an extra bed for flexible configuration.

Garden and easy living

Outside, the large garden is a haven of peace where the church tower seems to watch over your moments of relaxation.

The garden furniture: Perfect for a quiet reading break.

A little extra: In August, take advantage of the mild Normandy weather to enjoy breakfast on the terrace!
