Single-Story and Safe: At 60 m² (about 645 sq ft), our single-story layout makes life easy for everyone. Kids can move around freely and safely, from the kitchen to the living room, and out to the garden.

Fenced Garden: This is the real highlight! The fully enclosed garden provides a secure play area for children and pets (one animal is accepted, with an extra fee). While they play, you can relax on the terrace, enjoy a barbecue, or simply read a book in the shade of the parasol.

Practical Layout: The house has two bedrooms for nighttime, each with a double bed (140x190 cm). The living room features a mezzanine with an extra sleeping area. The open kitchen layout lets you keep an eye on the kids while you prepare meals.
