On 1 July, Canada celebrates its national day! To mark the occasion, the Juno Beach Centre – a memorial site and Canadian cultural centre in Normandy – invites you to join its Canadian team for a festive afternoon in the colours of Canada:

Free activities to discover Canada from 2pm to 6pm - Introduction to hockey (on grass) with a Canadian guide - Meet Canada’s animals - Discover the French-speaking community in Canada - Activities for children (colouring, temporary tattoos and a photo booth)

- Enjoy refreshments and a Canadian snack throughout the afternoon (for a fee)

- At 4pm: Concert – Pied’s Trad (free) Let yourself be swept away by the musical world of Pied’s Trad, blending Quebecois traditions with Irish and Breton influences. Comprising musicians well-known on the regional and national traditional music scenes, the ensemble presents original arrangements and compositions that bring to life the warm spirit of traditional folk music.
