Description
TERRY SCOTT JR, lead singer of HEAVEN, played at the Isle of Wight Festival (1970) alongside artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Leonard Cohen, Jethro Tull, The Who, Led Zeppelin and many others. In 1971 HEAVEN toured Europe with THE JEFF BECK GROUP, finishing in Paris. Terry signs a new contract as a solo artist with CBS France. Terry's first single is "A BETTER WORLD", co-written with WILLIAM SHELLER (1973), followed by various albums such as "SPAMMBAND" with RHINO from STATUS QUO on bass and NINO FERRER (executive producer), 1979 is released SURVIVOR (Terry's solo album) No 1 in Monte Carlo and chart success in Italy, Canada, Brazil and of course, France. In 1982, he released SCOTT ON THE ROCKS, with JAQUES HIGGELIN's musicians. TV shows followed with Drucker, Collaro, etc. Then he toured France with his trio: THE TERRY SCOTT BAND. He now plays in a duo with guitarist/singer Pat Fox, a well-known artist in the region.
