Description

For 35 years, fishing in the Daubert family has been a family affair. Once upon a time, Marc, the father, a local figure, had his first boat in 1985. His son, Jean-Marc, took over in 2013 on board the Stenaca II, then on the Espérance, a 15-metre boat. Stéphanie, the daughter, opened the fish shop in 2011. And you can find Isabelle, the mother, every day at the Courseulles fish market. She and her team offer you a wide choice of fish from their two boats. The fish caught are mainly sole, sea bream, plaice, red mullet, mackerel, sea bass etc... Of course the scallop, in the fishing season, is the queen of their stall. Jean-Marc's little tip for cooking scallops: just snack on them with a leek fondue.
