Description
Immerse yourself in a musical journey through Greater Europe with this concert for cello and classical accordion.
Cellist Yanis Chambrier, a symphony orchestra musician, and Éric Blin, film music composer and guest soloist with the Orchestre Philharmonique Européen de Paris, combine their sensibilities to offer a programme that is accessible and rich in emotion. Their interpretation highlights the great pages of the European repertoire, from Vivaldi to Dvorák, via Handel and Borodin.
Sponsored by the Musiques Originales de la Grande Europe association, this event is part of the Ensemble Improvisation's journey, as it celebrates 25 years on stage.
Renowned for its original arrangements and infectious energy, the group has won over audiences across France and around the world. Festivals, châteaux, cathedrals and major venues have welcomed these passionate musicians over the years.
This is a musical experience you'll want to share as you discover the singular encounter between the cello and the classical accordion.
