Normandy customer survey: why give your opinion?
Your responses help us to better understand and anticipate visitors’ expectations, so that we can adapt what Normandy has to offer (accommodation, restaurants, museums, etc.).
Who can take part in the survey?
- French and foreign visitors aged 18 and over staying in Normandy or making an excursion in Normandy in 2025
- Whether you’re travelling as a couple, a family, with friends or solo, every glance counts.
It’s a short, accessible smartphone survey: 10 minutes is all it takes to complete the questionnaire from your phone, tablet or face-to-face with interviewers at tourist sites.
The process is 100% transparent: your data is anonymised and processed by the independent BVA institute in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
What your answers can change
Analysis of the survey results will enable us to adapt our tourism strategy to :
- Develop tourist itineraries that meet your expectations,
- Optimise site opening times all year round,
- Promoting multilingual reception and online information,
- Adapting the tourism offering: guided tours, unusual accommodation, leisure activities, events….
Share your experience now and contribute to the future of tourism in Normandy.
Normandy is shaped by the people who live it.
