During this one-day workshop, explore the creative dimension of writing. Play with words. Draw your own furrow. Writing becomes your paintbrush, a musical instrument, a palette of colors, a lump of clay that you shape to suit your mood.

You are already the author of your own life. There's no need for literary baggage, diplomas or expertise. During this workshop, you write as you breathe, you write as you move, you write as you think, in a free and joyful way, messy and crazy but without pressure or calculation.

"The body as an opening" is an invitation to write from the senses. Writing becomes physical, corporeal, tactile, sewn from sensations. It's through our bodies that we inhabit the world, it's through our bodies that we perceive and relate to it.

During the day, we'll be writing about what the body perceives, feels and captures. We will seek to translate into words the sensations that flow through us, language becoming our mental flesh, our blood.
