The 2023 route of the Grand Défi, starting from Rouen and arriving 7 days later in Rennes, is to travel together 500 km by tandem tricycle and canoe. Each team is composed of 2 disabled people and 2 "valid" people. The participating companies will cross 5 departments and navigate on 3 rivers. A course in 27 stages.
