To mark the Équidays, the Ferme de la Baronnie is offering, every afternoon from 2 pm to 6 pm (by booking only), an introduction to mountain trail riding: a fun discipline accessible to all, where the bond between rider and horse is at the heart of the experience. Inspired by trails found in the great outdoors, mountain trail involves negotiating various small obstacles: footbridges, tree trunks, narrow passages or small mounds… All carried out calmly, precisely and with confidence.

Children can watch demonstrations and try it out safely on a pony, accompanied by professionals, thanks to the site’s dedicated facilities: a Pony Park and a Horse Park. You don’t need to be an experienced rider: this activity is open to everyone and offers a different way to discover horse riding, whilst having fun. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet the ponies, learn to communicate with them and share a special moment with the family. After the activity, families are free to explore the farm and meet all its inhabitants.
