I have been a pastel artist for around thirty years and am exhibiting my work for the second time at the Galerie du Petit Enfer in Luc-sur-Mer.

Although I was once drawn to trompe l’oeil, I have retained a fondness for drawing; my inspiration comes from nature and objects… Above all, I seek to breathe life into my creations and compositions through the interplay of light, contrasts and textures.

The evocation of a fleeting mist, the setting sun filtering through the foliage, a hillside dotted with flowers, and objects weathered by time all fuel my artistic quest.

I am currently exhibiting at the International Pastel Festival in Feytiat, near Limoges, in July and August, and I will be taking part in the Pastel Fair in Brittany, in Fougères, from 8 to 23 August.
